- Permissions modelled on how each operation is actually run, so sensitive records stay need-to-know rather than open to everyone with a login.

- Every submission is timestamped and attributable, ready the moment an inspector asks for it.
- Encryption everywhere
- Data encrypted in transit and at rest, with production access restricted to the engineers who need it, not the wider team.
- Isolated by design
- Each product's data lives in its own database with no shared access between platforms, so an issue on one can't expose Customer Data on another.
- Permissions you control
- Who can see what is set by your own administrators, per role and per screen, and the server enforces the stricter of your setting and ours.
- Backups and recovery
- Every database is backed up automatically and encrypted at rest, held in the UK or the EEA and never shared between products.

- Independent by design
- Every product operates on independent infrastructure, with its own release schedule and its own team, so an incident on one platform has no effect on another.

- Our product teams come from the industries they build for. That grounding shows in workflows that match how the work actually happens, not how someone else's system assumed it should.
