About ScaffoldOptix

We're changing how scaffolding design & compliance is managed.

ScaffoldOptix replaces the design folders and paper inspection sheets scaffolding contractors currently run contracts through with one shared platform. Contracts managers get a live view across every job; scaffolders get simpler handover certificates and inspection records; and CISRS cards and contract renewals are tracked automatically instead of chased on site.

Your role

Turn real problems into real customers.

As a partner, you'll introduce ScaffoldOptix to businesses across the UK. Your job isn't to push software — it's to understand how they're currently working, find where they're losing time or control, and show them how ScaffoldOptix helps.

01

Prospecting
Find businesses that could benefit.

02

Outreach
Contact decision-makers by phone, email and LinkedIn.

03

Discovery
Understand their current process and where it's costing them.

04

Demonstrations
Show them how the platform fits how they already work.

05

Follow-up
Keep your pipeline moving without letting it go quiet.

06

Closing
Turn a qualified opportunity into a signed client.
Who you'll sell to

You'll primarily speak with people like:

  • Contracts managers
  • Scaffolding contractor directors
  • Design managers
  • SHEQ leads
  • Yard and operations managers

You don't need to be a scaffolding design & compliance expert when you start — we'll help you learn the product. What we need from you is the ability to have a great conversation and sell.

Why customers buy

Your conversations might uncover problems like:

“Handover certificates are a pad in the van, if they get filled in at all.”

“We can't produce the TG20 sheet for a design that went up eighteen months ago.”

“Seven-day inspections get written up back at the yard, days after the visit.”

“Nobody can tell me which scaffolds have been adapted since they were signed off.”

That's where you come in. Understand the problem → demonstrate ScaffoldOptix → close the opportunity.

What you'll be selling

ScaffoldOptix A platform built around the everyday problems your buyers already face.

  • A live register of every contract: structures, stage and principal contractor
  • 3D scaffold builder with TG20 compliance sheets and design drawings
  • Handover certificates and scafftags raised straight from the design
  • Seven-day inspection records captured on site, not written up later
  • CISRS cards and training expiry tracked per operative
  • Adaptations tracked against the original design, from request to sign-off
What we're looking for

You don't need to be a career salesperson. You might already have B2B SaaS experience, or you might be an ambitious salesperson ready for your next challenge. Most importantly: you want to win.

  • Confident on the phone
  • Comfortable speaking with decision-makers
  • Naturally curious
  • Competitive
  • Persistent
  • Organised
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Target-driven
  • A good listener
  • Able to handle rejection
